Privacy notice

Version: 2026-10-21-v1. This is a summary in English; the Turkish KVKK notice is the binding text.

Data controller

Gogitools (İstanbul - Türkiye), under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, no. 6698).

What we collect

• Check form: your email address and the website address you ask us to check.
• Support form: name, phone, email, company and anything you write in the note.
• For security: IP address, browser information, date and time.

Why

• To run the check you requested and email you the report (performance of a contract).
• To respond to your support request and make an offer (contract and legitimate interest).
• To prevent abuse of the tool and keep transaction records (legitimate interest and legal obligations).

We do not send marketing email based on the check form. You will only receive the report you requested and, if you ask for support, our reply.

Sharing

Your data is shared only with the hosting, database and email providers that run this service. Their servers may be outside Turkey; transfers follow the safeguards in KVKK article 9. Data may be disclosed to authorities where the law requires.

Retention

Check records are kept for 2 years; support requests for the duration of our relationship plus the legal limitation period. Data is then deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

Under KVKK article 11 you can ask whether we process your data, request a copy, correction or deletion, learn who it was shared with, and object. Write to hi@gogitools.com.
