Is your email landing in spam?
Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo send mail from domains with missing or broken SPF and DMARC records to junk. Enter your domain and we check the records in 10 seconds.
How it works
In your domain's DNS we read the MX records, the SPF record (single? which all mechanism?), the DMARC record (single? p= policy, report address) and the DKIM key under common selectors.
We don't send email, connect to your mail server or request your site. Public DNS records only.
If we don't know your DKIM selector we may not find the key; that does not mean DKIM is missing. Verify in your sending service's panel.
Example records
Two records that are enough for most companies (adjust the values to your service):
# Root domain, TXT
v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ~all
# _dmarc subdomain, TXT (one record only!)
v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:dmarc@example.comMore than one SPF or DMARC record makes both invalid; edit the single record instead of adding a new one next to the old.
To fix it
- Open your DNS panel. The "DNS records" section at your registrar or hosting panel.
- Make SPF a single record. Include all your sending services in one "v=spf1 …" line and end with ~all.
- Add or fix DMARC. One TXT at _dmarc: v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:… After a few weeks move to p=quarantine.
- Enable DKIM. Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Resend and others provide the DKIM record in their panel; add it to DNS and verify.
- Re-check after an hour. DNS propagation takes time. Once the result turns green the follow-up closes on its own.
